Strong leadership is the foundation of our mission and the success of Your Child’s World. Our Executive Director and Administrative Director work collaboratively to ensure that our organization remains rooted in compassion, accountability, and excellence in early childhood education.
The Executive Director provides strategic vision and guidance, overseeing program development, community partnerships, and long-term growth. With a deep commitment to children, families, and staff, the Executive Director leads with integrity, perseverance, and a clear focus on creating opportunities that strengthen families and support the community.
The Administrative Director ensures the organization operates effectively and efficiently, overseeing daily operations, compliance, staffing, and organizational systems. With a focus on stability, structure, and support, the Administrative Director plays a critical role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring that staff have the resources they need to succeed.

Our Educators
Head Teachers
The Head Teacher plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality early childhood education and classroom excellence at Your Child’s World. Serving as an instructional leader, the Head Teacher supports teachers, monitors curriculum implementation, and promotes best practices that foster children’s growth and development.
With a strong focus on nurturing, guidance, and consistency, the Head Teacher works closely with staff to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments. They also collaborate with families to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional success.
Through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to excellence, the Head Teacher helps maintain a positive school culture and ensures that children receive the care, education, and encouragement needed to thrive.
Co- Teachers
The Co-Teacher plays an essential role in supporting classroom instruction and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Working collaboratively with the Lead or Head Teacher, the Co-Teacher assists in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities that promote children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
The Co-Teacher helps maintain classroom routines, observes and documents children’s progress, and provides individualized support to meet each child’s needs. By fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff, the Co-Teacher contributes to a positive classroom culture and supports the overall mission of the program.
Through teamwork, dedication, and consistency, the Co-Teacher helps ensure that every child receives high-quality care, attention, and encouragement.
Support Staff
Support Staff members play a vital role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and well-functioning learning environment at Your Child’s World. They assist classroom teams and leadership by providing daily operational support that ensures the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Support Staff help with classroom coverage, supervision, meal service, cleaning and sanitation, and preparation of materials. They support teachers and children by promoting safety, consistency, and positive interactions throughout the day.
Through reliability, teamwork, and dedication, Support Staff contribute to a positive school culture and help ensure that children, families, and educators receive the support needed to thrive.
